Carbide Solid Rods are extensively processed into Reamers, Drill Bits, Milling Cutters, Endmills,Face Millis,Shell Mills, Burs, Boring Cutter, Countersink Cutters, Gun Drills, Thred Shavers, Gravers,Solid Engraving Tools,Solid Burrs,. All our carbide rods are made from Extrusion method and HIP Sintered. These are available in all of our grades. The stock we maintain is in the 'green' state, allowing us to provide you with custom cut to length sizes, eliminating your waste of unusable pieces.
Our rods from Diameter:0.5mm---25.4mm,Length:330mm or cut to length, the Grade UK10 with Fine performance, suitable for processing of HRC ¡Ü55 chilled cast iron,die steel, heat-resistant alloy steel, non-ferrous metal processing, plastic materials, carbon fiber, etc. The Grade UK06 suitiable for HRC ¡Ü50 chilled cast iron, steel parts, aluminum alloy and non-ferrous material processing.
